入住时没有房间了,给升级了个带厨房的家庭式公寓,可以看到海,早餐也不错
我下午两点(办理入住开始时间)之前就到了,酒店允许我提前入住。我真是太幸运也太感激了,因为来吉达的旅途非常劳累 :-)。
在我住宿期间,我经常请前台在我外出时安排客房服务打扫房间,客房部的工作做得非常出色!一切都干净整洁,设施齐全。我每天都能拿到水和咖啡。
这家宜必思酒店周围的环境一般。可能会更好一些,而且如果没有车可能会有点危险,因为它旁边就是一条车流量很大的高速公路。但不知怎的,我还是设法步行了一段距离,尽管吉达并不是一个适合步行的城市。
最近的超市是 Danube,步行大约20分钟。最近的公交车站,可以搭车去吉达历史城区,也需要步行20分钟。
不幸的是,在我入住的最后一天,前台大约在上午11:30给我打电话,询问我为什么还没有退房。我告诉他们,办理入住时我曾要求延迟退房,前台工作人员同意延迟到下午1:30。我当时还让他把这个信息录入系统,但他没有。不然的话,应该没有人会提前给我打电话。请更新你们员工的培训,尤其是我已经提前告知并要求这样做,以免在我长途旅行前需要好好休息的时候接到这样的电话。
总的来说,我的住宿体验还不错。我还去了健身房,设施很齐全。五星好评给优秀的客房服务!!!🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
这个酒店我可以给到满分,但是你需要升级房型才可以。特别适合商务差旅的,房间配备了冰箱,洗衣机,微波炉。入住到这种房型的话,可以省下很多钱,外面很多吃的不太适合自己的话,完全可以自己做有灶台,但是灶台我们没有生火,不知道能不能用。可以尝试在外面。点中国菜,然后打包回来放冰箱里面,第二天用微波炉热着吃。客厅和卧室是隔开的,非常好
房间有点小,但是比较干净卫生,主要是早餐也很丰富,就让人比较满意,交通比较便利,就是早晚高峰挺堵车的!
我预订了两晚宜必思酒店,因为我的航班是清晨抵达的。但我没能按时入住,他们就取消了我的预订,害我足足等了三个小时。不过,他们还是给我升级了房间,而且房间超级大。
我感到很失望,因为行程突然有变,我想要退款,但我的请求被拒绝了,钱也白花了。希望以后退款政策能更灵活,对客人更友好。
酒店设施一般般啦,主要是香水味太重要。如果没有香水味,可能就会有人其他味道,不好说。
洗衣服务自己打电话叫,但是要衣服也是要自己打电话,因为洗一次收一次费用。一般酒店是离开那天一起收费。
房间环境不错,但是很遗憾早上退房的时候有个碗放在房间忘记拿了,然后下午去问前台告知找不到,这么大的碗正常来说不应该找不到的,也不知道是什么原因

之前住过好几次了,房间面积不大,周边交通便利,相对周边的酒店来说比较适合我们,舒适度高,早餐不错,有亚洲风味的菜
