One of the worst stay experience. Rooms: In monsoon there is a lot of humid smell in the rooms. The blankets are stinking. The basin tap was loose. The shower wasnt working well at all there was hardly water coming out. The lifts are so slow. Food: Breakfast is included and they are very particular about timings but there is no guarantee that food will be ready. You will have to keep waiting and asking them. The staff was so rude when I asked for even a cup of hot water. Anything extra other than your package will be charged extra. Those are their comments. Staff: I have been never seen such an arrogant staff.

Recently stayed here for a few nights attending a wedding. At first glance it looked promising, but as we got settled in I started to notice the shortcomings. First off every room is very dimly lit. The lack of any light made it very difficult to get ready. The single towel provided for our group was used and thrown on the bathroom shelf. Most hotels have fresh towels neatly folded per each guest checking in, but not here. No extra toilet paper rolls. Once requested the rolls provided barely have much tissue. Service to get anything done ***** with elevator are painstakingly slow. Almost easier to get your own supplies. No attention to cleaning details. Rooms should be neat & clean at checkin. AC did not work so we had to rely on the loud sound of fans all night. One night a bug was crawling above my bed. Another guest complained of red ants on the bed. We noticed a plate of half eaten food on the stairwell one night. The front desk was notified to please clean this up as children were playing near by not to mention it is unhygienic. The next morning the plate was moved to the next floor in the same condition. Again, lack of any attention given to cleanliness. We couldn’t wait to check out of here!

The complete room was mess, from damaged and broken walls to broken charging stations. Room stinking, when asked to change the room they denied saying the property is full and you have to adjust because this is what we have! Never came across such customer service which says either stay is OYO! Kindly avoid such property until they don’t have a customer centric approach if they want to be in business

We booked six rooms for our six families for one night (25th December, 2022) through Goibibo 7 months in advance. We got an excellent deal at Rs. 1825 for Deluxe AC Room. While check in and check out and during our entire stay, we found that every staff of this hotel is extremely arrogant and not cooperative at all. Though the rooms and infrastructure are all good here, the behaviour of the staffs are not tolerable at all. They charged INR 1000 for child of even 6 years' age, that too for a room which costs INR 1825 (through Goibibo) or INR 2100 (through their direct website) on double occupancy. For two children of 6 years and 10 years, they charged extra 2000 rupees (For a room which we got at Rs. 1825). This is ridiculous. In spite of extra charge, they didn't provide any extra bed or mattress; we had to adjust in one double bed only. I would not recommend this hotel for family stay. Two points... just for the good infrastructure of the hotel, otherwise, I would have gone for one point.

This kind of Waste hotel I never ever stayed before they are charging too much and additional for late check out. All the staff are not aware hospitality . I'm on MAP Plan and they are not aware about map they just gave me a funking tali meal

Being a hotelier i must say this the worsed service i have seen. Hotel manager itself so arrogant and unprofessional. Every good hotel give some privilege to hotelier but here the manager itself always ready to say no to every request. I strongly not recommend this hotel where the manager is not so supportive. This review is for everyone not to book this hotel if you are looking for polite and good services because I believe it's the staff who makes a good hotel not the facilities.

I stayed there on my anniversary and asked them to do towel decoration in the room as I wanted to surprise my wife with.. When I booked and placed the request they said it will be done but just before the check in night they said that it will be of charge of 2000 rs i mean seriously being a hotelier we don't charge the guest just for towel decoration... Apart from that when I checked in the room had sepage on the walls.... Pillow cover was dirty had to ask housekeeping to change it... Slippers are not available... And dental kit they provide you at charge of 50 rs.... Had ordered for chicken burnt garlic rice but when the order received it was just like a simple fried rice... Breakfast buffet is very compact size... Tv cable had issue some time the channel work some time it shows it is not in the subscribed list... Plugs in the room have problem as entire stay we struggled to get our phone charge.... They need to renovate thier rooms and need to get this problem solved.

I recently visited the property with my family. Really really loved the ambience, it was very peaceful and calm. Mr Hiren at the reception was very kind, hospitable and helpful, right from the time of reservation to checkout, he really helped us, completed all our requests. The rooms were really neat, clean and well maintained, the service was soo prompt, every request was met efficiently. The staff of the resturant and housekeeping were really helpful too. The food in the restaurant was delectable and tasty, the quantity was great too. The front Desk staff also assisted us in getting quick transport from lonavala to Mumbai. The property is very safe and the staff is just amazing, will definitely recommend it to everyone 👍
