They did not eat breakfast there but what I seen when I went just to get a cup of coffee look like a very good morning breakfast just from an eye point of view the swimming pool is a quite small and the inside pool area is very hot. The pool is 4 feet. There’s no hot tub. There’s plenty of towels in the pool area. You do not need to bring yours from the hotel room and if you use the mini fridge in the room, make sure you either have it on freeze our fridge. I’d learn that.. the hard way my stuff froze $55 food … besides that it is super quiet. You can hear the main highway if you’ve paid attention to it, but I did not the town has everything you can think of besides a target people in the town are very nice. I don’t shop at Walmart, but I did stop at the Walmart and the prices were very reasonable for food. You will enjoy your stay there. I would highly recommend it.

Everything about our experience from check in to check out was superior to other hotel stays! The continental breakfast was the best and the lady that was tending to the breakfast buffet was so kind and didn't rush us even though the ending breakfast time was near. For example, even though we arrived at 30 minutes prior to the end of breakfast, she wasl restocking the bar to ensure fresh food. That is very impressive and differs from any other hotel breakfast bar.

Very close to everything, there’s a Texas Roadhouse right next to it and that was awesome to have. Good breakfast, everything was nice and clean overall very good experience. Will definitely book with them again.

The Hotel in general and the room were in excellent condition and very clean.

The hotel is easy to get to and there's a lot of stores and restaurants in the immediate area.

The breakfast options, although the same as other breakfast included hotels, looked fresh and the food area and dining room were very clean and organized.

They made sure I had the room I requested online and didn't bump me to a different room. The roll in shower did have mold around the base and my neighbor's thought they were at a club, blasting their music Sunday morning. The walls are thin. The water turned cold while I was showering, but in less than a minute it turned warm again. The staff was very friendly and the gentleman that worked the front desk was very nice and hospitable. The older lady that handled breakfast offered me a gluten free option when I asked for a dairy free item. The hoist for the swimming pool was out of order and that's one of the reasons I picked this hotel. The police did patrol the parking lot in the evening.

Refused Cancellation/Refund

We had a reservation at this establishment for a baseball tournament. Due to weather the tournament was cancelled. We spoke with the front desk who stated they would issue a refund for the hotel stay since we were cancelling. Was later told that “they didn’t care what individual at the front desk said and we would not be getting our $ back”. Rude staff, took the phones off the lines, not answering calls, yelling at people on the phone.

We stay with Fairfield Inn quite often; and honestly I think we will be avoiding them from now on because of this. They took our $200 and don’t care one bit that we didn’t stay at the hotel.
