Very clean throughout property. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels & bath products. Decent breakfast with good variety. Only negative is that room curtains do not close to the center of the window, only the sheets close, so you get the sun streaming in

The room IS nice, clean and a Great value. TYRONE at the Front Desk was Exceptionally Courteous, Helpful and Knowledgeable. I will stay at THIS property in the fit when I'm visiting in Cartersville. Please, Thank him for me.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice. However, it was a very loud room. I heard doors slamming in the hallway all night and a strange vibration was coming from the adjacent room. I heard the people above me walking around all night and then again very early in the morning
Also, the pet fee was much too expensive. The fee for my pets was more than what it cost for me.

Room was clean. Could only get 3 channels in the TV. Asked at the desk to have someone come and fix it but no one showed up. Shower curtain was hung to high so water would get all over the floor. So I had to mop up the floor after every shower. I also told the girl at the desk but she didn’t seem to care.

Our room was quite clean and spacious. The location was handy to the freeway but lacked the noise. Breakfast was somewhat limited, though other options are nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We likely will stay here again.

Quick one night stay for a baseball tournament- convenient right next to Lakepoint Complex.
