环境和性价比在东北地区算很好了,淡季 1000 左右周末人多可能涨到 1800 左右,早餐好吃环境幽美适合自驾游,但注意需要有车。周围公园瀑布开车可达
酒店很新,服务很好,朋友忘记了背包(里面有护照和钱)被服务员捡到原封不动还给了我们,并且坚持不要小费.非常感谢!
希尔顿花园酒店挺大的,整体装修风格挺像一个小花园,一下高速公路就是酒店也比较方便,总体来说还可以,值得,性价比比较高
房间干净,前台服务很棒。
很好,出国不错的选择
唯一的优点是帮我们解决管道问题的前台经理。她值夜班。房间、家具和浴室都需要翻新。帮我们办理入住的白班员工把第三方客人安排到了最差的房间。下午4点抵达时,前台工作人员应该更加以客户为中心。希尔顿应该名副其实。
这家酒店很不错,我喜欢它更现代、更干净的外观,非常安全、友好。不过,一切都很好,直到我们回到房间,准备刷牙。水管肯定出了问题。我们接通了水,大约20秒后,就能听到水管的跳动声,然后水就断了。请注意,当时是晚上10:30-11点,所以我们不想对邻居不礼貌。淋浴也出现了同样的问题。
第二天早上,当我把问题带到前台时,他们询问了我的卡,并确认如果出现任何问题,他们都会保留这张卡。我觉得最好不要把卡记在我的卡上,因为这是预先存在的,所以我就走了出去。除此之外,一切都还好。
入住时心烦意乱
我通过 Klarna 预订,并被安排了分 4 次付款的方案,首付 96 美元。但当我入住时,却被收取了 197 美元的房费。请修复我的付款方案 😠
我刚从流感中恢复过来,裹着厚厚的外套、披着围巾、戴着口罩下楼吃早餐。一位早餐工作人员粗鲁地走过来,当着其他客人的面问我的房间号和姓名,既没有解释原因,甚至连招呼都没打。
我联系了酒店经理,她说这位工作人员以前也这样做过。经理表示会和她沟通。她接着解释说,这次询问很可能是为了结算。嗯……早餐是免费的。经理还提到了某种形式的补偿,但我还没有收到任何补偿。这次住宿体验非常失望。我丈夫通常帮我们预订希尔顿酒店,但我们会另找其他酒店。
我们的房间里有人睡觉。客房服务人员从来不整理床铺,也不打扫房间,我们房间里的咖啡奶精都卷曲了。别浪费钱了。
