I had a great stay at this hotel! I really appreciated the added security of needing a card key to access the elevator and guest floors—it made the place feel very safe. The reception staff was extremely kind and professional, which made check-in smooth and welcoming. My room was very clean and well-kept, which added to the comfort of the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

我们家出了点急事，不得不在提前4小时办理入住后离开酒店。我们之前只在酒店餐厅吃了顿饭，然后在市中心购物。实际上，我们在房间里待的时间总共大概1个小时。*******告诉我们，是否退款由酒店自行决定，酒店也表示，入住后任何情况下均不退款。我是万豪的长期会员，一直以来都过得很愉快。我到访的每个城市都会寻找万豪酒店。除了这次之外，万豪酒店从未一次不超出我的预期。当然，我并没有期待全额退款。他们需要支付清洁工和员工的工资，但考虑到我们只住了4个小时，我想他们可能会灵活处理。我对他们如此缺乏热情的服务感到非常非常惊讶。因为一个我们无法使用的房间而损失了250美元，这对我家来说现在是一个沉重的损失，但我想这就是现实。这真是双重打击，毕竟这是我们的蜜月！下次旅行我一定会考虑入住万豪以外的酒店。

当我们晚上 7 点到达时，餐厅已经关门了——该地区没有什么像样的地方——这是一个相当可疑的区域——按照美国的标准，这家酒店在其他方面都非常好。
