All food is so good..nd very dilisius vermicelli..all bakery products...like fruit cake...so soft...like tea counter .nd omlet counter... service is good gaye..mr.manish.

Excellent stay,cooperative staff,food too good and tasty ,room service was prompt,with no issues,too much comfortable stay ,hotel was engaged with 47 rooms for wedding purpose and as far as myself and guest are concerned all were fully satisfied with the services provided by the hotel manage ment ,i particularly apreciate the cooperative attitude of management staff..Deepak Shukla ,Manas,Aakash ,Arvind &Umesh who made my stay comfortable and pleasant by contributing their 100% in making my function a memorable one Thank you so much to all dear and near ones from top level to all supportive staff for carrying out this most beautiful marriage function of my life ,i wish them all a good 5*****rating on this trip advisor platform SUPERB ******

Visited Regis @ Ragnant, what a lovely experience! ✨ The ambience is calm and peaceful, just perfect to unwind and special mention to Gaurav, such a cheerful, talkative, and knowledgeable person when it comes to beverages. Really adds a personal touch to the experience! ☕💫

Had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. The staff, particularly Mr. Samrat, was extremely impolite and unhelpful. For someone working in hospitality, he really needs to learn how to speak to guests respectfully. The service was below average, and the property itself was unhygienic — not at all worth the stay. One rude staff member is enough to spoil the entire experience. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel is good, big spacious rooms. Well maintained and artistic rooms. Service was good. Just that the front desk needs a better sync among the staff. The Lord of the Rings LR is an excellent place to ease out with friends and family. Ambiance is great. Huge, spacious indoor and outdoor facilities. The food and service was prompt. DJ needs to just select a bit better songs. I would recommend this spot for anyone and everyone wanting a good joint for party or getaway.

I came to regnant to drink a cafe mocha they don’t know how to make it they want money for free only …😡😡very bad experience sach a nice hotel 🏨 and front desk staff a very sweet specially zeena but you people will carry sach a useless coffee your staff doesn’t even know what the difference is between a cappuccino and a cafe mocha what is her name don’t know spoke very rudely come 1 year ago the caffe was very good after that these are the 3 times in which the coffee was not good twice you should close down your coffee shop 🙏you serve coffee in small cups … whenever I came here I came to drink stiff coffee and you people make a fool of me I hope you all understand specially coffee girl she is made
