我们住了四天三夜。整个入住期间，我们一次客房服务都没有。我和客房部经理沟通时，她说我们门上肯定挂着“请勿打扰”的牌子。我告诉她，我们大约在早上9点离开房间，离开后就把牌子取了下来。她说，客房服务人员肯定跳过了我们的房间，不会再回来了。我们入住期间正好赶上卡莱尔的科尔维特汽车活动，这很可能是他们一年中最忙的时候，而我们这层楼只有一个人打扫。另外，我们第一天早上在酒店吃了早餐，质量非常差。食物最多也就是温热，而且味道一点也不好。我不推荐住在这家酒店。
我们对房间的清洁程度非常失望。浴室地板上到处都是头发，马桶发霉，水龙头位置偏，很难使用。衣柜里还挂着一条脏毛巾。不过床很干净，也很舒服。
入住体验很棒。只是可惜煎饼机不能做早餐。不过总的来说，早餐还不错

我们的房间最多只能算是一家一星级汽车旅馆。浴室的天花板修补得乱七八糟，而且都快掉漆了。
办公椅的扶手断了。
闹钟坏了。
电视遥控器也坏了。
位置优越，靠近 15 号高速公路和 81 号公路交叉口。干净、服务好、价格优惠。午餐有限
床和床单很舒服。浴室没有排气扇。单层电梯完全不够用，早上退房时不得不重启三次。
