The lobby and rooms were very clean - bed was amazing. However, the front desk staff not so much. The TV is my room didn’t work - did not want to wait for someone to fix the next day.

The hot tub button to turn the Jets on was broken and the staff at the time was uneducated about what the issue was and for a moment thought she was smarter than me overall this is a nice building. My room is very clean and nice updated. I’d stay here yet.

Excellent front desk staff. I was able to extend stay, with the help of the front desk staff, able to cancel a separate reservation for another 3rd party provider. All staff, including the cleaning/housekeeping staff, extremely friendly and helpful!!

Rooms were very spacious, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Overall would stay there again. Priced reasonably and had to make a change prior to checking in and they were able to accommodate the request.

We checked in as three , however , only cups and drinks for two.. the room above was very noisy, however that is out of your control, other than that it was all great…

Came to check in around 2pm. Was told that rooms weren't ready. Was informed they would call. Came back after 3:30 pm. People were checking in and did not receive a call for our room. Not pleased.

和家人在这里度过了愉快的两天三夜，只是酒店员工在处理问题时不够积极主动。
假日酒店的服务是可以让人放心的，很好。

酒店很棒，但墙壁很薄。邻居家的孩子早上6点就起床了，非常吵闹，因为我们是凌晨1点后才入住的。工作人员很友好，乐于助人，虽然我们很晚才到。床的舒适度略低于平均水平。房间和设施都一尘不染。下次还会入住，但建议预订一个隔壁没人的房间。
