Room smells clean, beds are not bad but the pillows kinda suck as they are the smaller squares. The hotel let us check in 25 minutes early. The hotel was clean all around and the pool was nice for the kids. I would definitely recommend staying.

The front desk was very professional and helped us out when we need silverware that the delivery people for out meal did not provide and we forgot my husbands razor. The only thing they did not have was a charger for my I-phone. The room was clean and neat.

The stay was great. Breakfast choices good and room was clean.The only issue, which had nothing to do with the hotel, was the room above us. They were constantly walking and moving things all day long! Thank goodness they stopped about 10pm so we could sleep. But they were at it again by 7:30am the next morning!!

The jacuzzi stopped working Al’s the lady in the front was rude the man wasn’t but the lady was superrrrre rude I just continued being nice and just prayed about it I also had to get them in my room to clean the water smelled like sewer and the bathroom stunk so bad like a lot of people had used it and it wasn’t cleaned but the man in the front was soooo nice the breakfast was good but the room needs more cleaning

The room was very spacious, but most importantly it was spotless, neat, clean, tidy, welcoming, and quite comfortable. It was also one of the quietest I’ve stayed in during my frequent one night stays in Lubbock, Texas. I rarely have the chance to eat breakfast, but they had a nice supply of a variety of fruit which I took advantage of. The receptionist was also very, very helpful when I checked in as I forgot my phone in my friend’s car. I will definitely be staying there again.

Late night Parking can be challenging but the hotel workers made sure me as a guess was taken care of.

Staff was courteous but the room was not worth the price I paid. I didn’t see anywhere in the listing that it was a room for handicap people. The shower head would stay put-constantly facing the wall. Very annoying

Second stay at this hotel in one week and it is clean, great location and appears safe. The problem was that the room was not ready when we arrived. This happened before. Seems to me that if you have a reservation, shouldn't those rooms be first to be cleaned. We had to wait an hour after traveling for 8 hours. Breakfast was meager and not healthy, but it's free or included in the price.
