入住了曼谷都市酒店,入住体验非常棒。酒店从大堂那架漂亮的三角钢琴到温暖的木质内饰,都散发着经典优雅的魅力。房间非常干净、安静、舒适,床也很舒服,时尚的装饰融合了现代与复古的风格。
在城市里逛了一天之后,这里是放松身心的绝佳去处。下次肯定还会再来!
酒店整体设计如同美术馆一般,随处可见的画作和摄影作品让这里充满艺术气息。虽然在日语交流上有些不便,但对于不清楚的地方,工作人员都会耐心细致地解释,让人感受到他们的真诚。在如此宁静的氛围中,我得到了充分的放松和休息,非常感谢。
前台服务态度非常好,也很积极帮忙解决问题,但酒店的卫生状况确实需要改进。
第一间房间进去时就有异味,床上有汗味,甚至还能看到前住客遗留的裤子。我躺在床上后,起身时身上出现明显瘙痒,怀疑床铺清洁不够彻底。
反馈给前台后,他们很快为我更换了房间,但遗憾的是,新的房间里被套依然有破洞和血渍。前台人员还亲自上来帮我更换床单,服务态度非常值得肯定。
整体来看,前台的服务很用心,但酒店的清洁和卫生管理仍需大幅提升。
这家酒店看起来很质朴,房间很干净,员工服务态度也很好。不过,附近吃饭的选择不多。
另外,不像有些人说的楼下就是俱乐部/酒吧会很吵,其实并没有那么吵。
我交了2000押金 我预定的是21到23号入住,然后我线上预订了23到25 结果退房的时候说找不到我21号入住记录 我给他看确认函 结果还是说找不到 我着急赶飞机 车也到了 真是绝了 酒店也是烂 携程做个中间商一点处理问题的能力也没有
太差了 设施这些齐全 就是楼上在装修 吵的我没办法睡觉 有客户的情况还在装修 那个电钻声 搞的我很头疼 和他们反应 也没说什么 差评 唯一一个满意的就是有洗衣机
印象非常深刻!房间宽敞,设施齐全,床很软,睡得很舒服。离BTS Thong Lo不远,从BTS打摩托车到酒店只要25泰铢。早餐也很美味。如果晚上不想走远找吃的,酒店也有餐厅开放,午夜还会变成EDM酒吧。我们只订了两晚,但真的超级满意,睡得太舒服了!
工作人员非常乐于助人。第一个房间的冰箱有点吵,所以他们帮我换到了另一个房间。除了熨斗坏了之外,其他都很好,不过他们也很快就换了个新的。房间很安静,床品也很棒。位置也很好。
这家酒店有点老旧了,只有四层,空间比较小,停车位也不多。车要停在酒店门口的露天停车场,有保安帮忙看着和找车位。
总的来说,这个价格还算划算,房间里有洗衣机、微波炉、熨斗,设施挺齐全的。不过有些房间的卫生间没有浴缸,而有些有。
卫生状况还可以,但空调不太给力,电视是老式的,WiFi也老是断。
员工数量不多。
这家酒店适合那种只是回来睡个觉、放东西,然后出去轻松游玩的人。
