几乎无可挑剔的酒店。
早餐自助加点餐,菜品不算太多,但也都是有特色的菜品。早餐的服务员都很热情。
酒店环境很好,很安静,有八种枕头可以挑选,客房服务员拿来很多枕头给我选择。
房间打扫也很专业热情。
礼宾部都非常仔细认真帮我们要去的目的地和驾驶员确认。
很喜欢的房间设施。
健身房是所有住过的酒店,最棒的设施。
有樟木香的味道。
酒店每个细节都有热情的服务员在值守。
喜欢京都,因为四季,下次还会来。
所有服务员都很专业。

服务:开始服务还可以,感觉责任心没有,周二离开酒店忘记拿孩子的过敏药,打电话过去答应我们最晚明天发到大阪四季,周四下午打电话说还没发出,有再三打电话给他们才在周四的晚上送到酒店,真的是无语了,现在的四季服务都这么差吗?
全程体验都非常棒!
到达预想的水平,四季酒店各方面都做得很好,帮忙叫出租车快速细致。提一下不足之处:入住前电话联系酒店,连续两天都说没有会讲中文的工作人员,入住当天有个房间未提前开空调,很热。
环境非常好,服务人员多为东南亚人,服务起来没有日本人那么细致,但也很好。
房间设施和酒店大环境没得说,一如四季的风格。但这次的京都四季入住体验非常不好!第一天晚上在淋浴房发现一只超大蟑螂!因为太晚了,只能等小朋友睡觉以后才去找前台作了简单处理,并要求他们核实看看能不能第二天换房间!第二天早餐的时候,服务员拿给我的餐具居然是脏的!
客服部派出一位讲国语的客服人员来处理蟑螂事件,简单说明来意后说让我们吃完早餐后去前台找她,然后去了却是另外一位同胞接待的,说带我们去看一下另外的房间,全程没有笑脸,在回答我们问题的时候也是一副不耐烦的语气!我们本来也没打算怎么样,但真的是被她给气到了,所以就质问她,我们目前为止没有感受到酒店的任何处理问题的态度!她反而一副高高在上的姿态说我们已经答应给你们换房间了,而且房间的景色更好!
真的是颠覆了四季酒店在我心目中的高大上形象!而且这还是在日本的四季!太让人失望了!以后坚决不住京都四季了
酒店整体还可以,位置距离三十三间堂很近,前台管家小姐姐很贴心是咱们中国的,唯一的美中不足就是房间距离电梯太远了,走的有点郁闷
整体服务不太好。下次后站在门口被问询了半天,像警察局审问似的。进大堂办理入住也没人带领,都是我自己进去,依然一直站着办理所有手续。服务配不上价格。所谓超级美,庭院还不错,房间就很一般。不推荐。
这简直就是人人都能住得起的奢华酒店!员工都非常热情好客。地理位置也很棒。床上用品和洗浴用品都是高端品牌,品质很好。推荐给喜欢体验奢华酒店的朋友们!
在四季里都算好的了,除了早餐差点。
