房间宽敞干净，酒店位置好，就在海边，餐厅海景很美
前台Putri小姐很友善笑容满面。酒店中规中矩。地理位置还行。可惜客房打扫比较马虎，床单不换。早餐可以。新鲜出炉牛角包很赞。
前台服务人员非常乐于助人，态度也很好。景色令人惊叹。
酒店不错
在海边的酒店，海景房，日落很美
我预订了无烟房，但房间里却有一股烟味，感觉有人在那里抽过烟。床单很脏，床垫保护罩上还有月经痕迹。我投诉了，但他们没有更换，只是把床单叠起来了事。地毯也很臭。
在餐厅吃了晚餐，我点餐时服务员复述了我的订单，但上菜时却少了一道菜。与服务员确认后，他们才发现忘记下单披萨了。
房间很干净，有咖啡套装、洗漱用品和一次性拖鞋。不过，淋浴头是固定的，而且坐在马桶上时吹风机就在眼前，设计有点奇怪。早餐种类还算可以，但和东南亚其他国家相比，这家酒店的早餐种类就显得少了些。如果把它当作某个小城市的高级酒店，那也差不多就是这个水平了。
优点：位置很好。如果你想找一家海边的酒店，那这里就是了。没有其他酒店能提供如此棒的海景和Lae Lae岛屿风光。缺点：不幸的是，酒店很旧而且不干净。大堂天花板漏水，空调出风口很脏。房间的清洁度一般，椅子和地毯都很旧很脏。床单也有点脏。每天的浴巾都有异味。没有擦手的小毛巾。洗漱用品也很少。早餐种类还可以，有印尼的Soto（汤面）、鸡肉面、各种米饭和鸡肉、鸡蛋、蛋糕和水果。房间有点潮湿，空调效果一般而且很吵。房间隔音很差，能听到走廊上人们说话的声音。员工很友好。这家酒店应该只有两三星级。
很满意。下次还会再来这里住的。
工作人员很友好，和印尼大多数地方一样。酒店位置也很好，就在海边。但设施很老旧，维护不善。地毯很脏，窗帘有破洞，墙上油漆剥落，家具也很旧很磨损。
