I had pros and cons, but I liked that they are renovated and carpets are clean. Room was spacious for the level of the hotel. Conveniently located in shopping area. that is pros.
We enjoyed using pool and gym facility. Breakfast was decent. It was thanksgiving week, and there was no cleaning service on Thanksgiving day, which is understandable. Hotel worker gave us free snack coupon, that was nice, and she was friendly.
We stayed 4 nights, and the first full day was Thanksgiving, and the second day, we spent most of the day in the room, so we didn't have any cleaning service. on the third day which is the last full day, we needed the cleaning so bad. When we were getting ready to go out, cleaning lady came and I told her that we are leaving in 10 minutes, so please come back later. She said, " I will swing back." so I was happy. But when we came back from outing, I saw she didn't do anything with our room. That was disappointing. So, we didn't get any cleaning during our 4-night stay.
My room was on the 4th floor and Internet connectivity was a problem. I tried with my cell phone and computer, but both of them took long time to get to the login page. If you have this problem, connect your phone or computer on the first floor first. It may help the connectivity.
I kept hearing the sound like water going through the pipe. That bothered me. My husband said that is soothing to him, but it wasn't to me.
Check out was easy. That was good.

Overnight stay for hockey games. Parking was easy and plentiful. Room was clean and breakfast choices were great!

The check in was fast & easy. The hotel was impeccably clean. Breakfast was more than a complete meal. Far exceeded expectations

人行道结冰了。应该铺些岩盐或沙子，以免有人滑倒。除此之外，房间干净整洁，我们住得很愉快。
前台人员非常称职且有礼貌，早餐很棒，房间很棒。床可以稍微改善一下。
