房间还不错,不大不小。楼顶有泳池和小健身房,楼下大厅修的挺漂亮的,早餐没试过。ac在国内完全没见到过,在美国感觉算万豪系列里的小精品酒店,除了行政酒廊,啥都有,对标希尔顿逸林,标准四星。
位置和清洁度都非常棒。
服务方面:浴室门非常难开,我们根本关不上。找人修理后稍微好了一点,但开关还是很费劲。
我们要求每日客房清洁,但没人来打扫。我们急着用毛巾,只好催他们快点送来(因为要赶时间洗澡参加下一个活动)。
早餐一般般。感觉除了特色菜单,其他东西都是在别处做好再送到酒店的,吃起来不太新鲜。我预付了早餐费,但却被多收了一份(我们住了两晚),现在我正在和酒店交涉取消这笔费用。
凤凰城天港机场的飞机起降噪音很大,非常吵。
至于设施,他们每晚会提供一小袋薰衣草和芳香浴盐,这点很不错。
停车费:我预订时显示是18美元(加税),实际却是20美元(加税)。
说实话,作为万豪旗下的一家四星级酒店,这次住宿总体来说相当令人失望。我希望能把多收的费用处理好,但下次预订这家酒店我会三思。
我昨天住的那家酒店,从晚上10点到早上6点停水,但我在入住时完全没被告知。直到半夜我准备洗澡才发现停水了。我打电话给前台,他们竟然说他们“发了邮件通知”并且“在前台放了通知”。然而:
1. 下午入住时,工作人员对此只字未提。
2. 那个纸质通知根本不显眼——A4纸小字印刷,没有颜色突出,完全不起眼。
3. 水并没有像承诺的那样在早上6点恢复供应——我一直等到6点50分,水龙头还是滴水未出。
4. 这直接影响了我早上7点半的会议,我连洗澡和刷牙的时间都没有了!
5. 酒店这种被动的通知方式(藏起来的通知+没沟通的邮件)简直是敷衍了事!
酒店不错,但请务必注意,您入住的是双人床,而不是像其他酒店那样的大床。我知道我应该仔细阅读所有细节,但我还是做了个假设。我以前从未在酒店见过双人床。
另外,酒店外的垃圾箱周日早上5点就会清空,我估计大概有20个。听起来就像有人连续30分钟朝你的窗户扔石头一样。
灯光很暗,而且无法调亮。我几乎看不清东西,没法化妆或做头发,考虑到我住过这么多酒店,这真是个例外。自助早餐的价格太贵了,物有所值。除此之外,这家酒店还不错。
住宿体验很棒,但是……
房间很棒,很舒适。唯一的缺点是街上的噪音,我猜是大学生,他们整夜都在开着车,超速行驶。我还会再住,但一定会要求一间远离街道的房间。
位置不错。酒店干净而现代。停车场需要付费停车,但他们允许我停车并在酒店外的 ChargePoint 充电器上充电。充电不免费,每千瓦时收费 25 美分。我们的沙发床不会出来,他们花了一个小时才派人过来,但他们通过提供另一间房间来补偿。总体来说体验不错。
喜欢这里的位置。工作人员非常友好,尤其是早餐区的 Rene。喜欢开放式酒吧和休息区。希望房间里有微波炉,市场上有更多新鲜水果可供选择,比如香蕉或免费欧陆式早餐。
