I was in town to visit family. Had stayed at the Fairfield multiple times over the last 2 years. On my last day at the hotel, I was in the breakfast area eating some dinner. 8-10 police officers rushed into the lobby. One spoke with the counter clerk. One came over to a gentleman sitting 2 tables away from me, asking him to stand up and show his ID's. The rest rushed down the hallway away from the front desk. Total bedlam then broke out in that hallway. Turned out there were interstate robbery thieves staying at the hotel. The hotel clerks played it down but I'm 75 years old and scared me! How long had they been there? What if there'd been gunfire? I'd always felt this was a safe place to stay. Now I'm not so sure.

Great stay in Lincoln
Super clean and fresh, spacious room with nice linens and towels, many good options within walking distance plus a Walmart across the street. Very quiet considering the location and surroundings. Highly recommend.

Reserved a King room but got a Queen room instead. When I asked the front desk person about it they refused to rectify the situation and blamed it on ******* for overbooking rooms. The hotel was not at capacity…far from it. I asked for the manager and the desk clerk gave me a business card and said to call on Tuesday as the manager was away.

Our room was not cleaned, we did not get fresh towels, our garbabge was not taken out. We stayed 8 days.
The pool was not filtered.

I would definitely stay here again it was very nice everything was clean and comfortable the only con was the internet was a little slow at times

We travel thru Lincoln a couple times a year, for many years now, we have stayed at this hotel many times, always has been very nice and comfortable. Clean, feels safe.

The property was clean, well stocked, and smelled so good when we walked in! The pool and gym were great - definitely a 10 out 10 for us! I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lincoln, NE.
