We booked this room on the way north to Dieppe. On arrival, we were shown to a room on the ground floor which stunk of urine and tobacco smoke. We checked out the 'shared facilities (showers and wc)' which were not fit for use, i.e., they were filthy and stunk to high heaven. We cancelled our reservation due to the above (non refundable for obvious reasons). So if you fancy sleeping in a room smelling like a latrine gutter, this is the place for you. Always remember that cholera is a pretty unpleasant disease.

This is a budget hotel and we paid 43 euros for 3 of us for the night. We were on our way to the UK from the Dordogne via the ferry and this was an ideal cheap stop over to break the journey. It was clean, the people were friendly and helpful and well worth the money.

Booked the reservation 6 months ago with AccorHotels, however hotel has since been sold. No communication from Accor to advise and new Management are basically saying that you booked with Accor and this is not our problem. Property is disgusting, customer service is nonexistent and Management are rude. Avoid at all costs.

Honestly this chain needs a major update. No sink in the toilets is not really acceptable anymore, especially as the shower next door didn’t have one either. But I forgot that the showers and toilets were shared anyway and it was a let down. You also don’t get any towels. Inside the room the bed was rock hard. It wasn’t a mattress, more of a pad that was really hard and thin. There wasn’t a duvet but a top cover blanket thing which was really worn. The bedroom was tiny and the door hit the bed when we opened it. It was also noisy and smelt like smoke. A bit of a shame. A B&B hotel on the outskirts of Paris was not much more expensive and had great rooms, a large bed and a bathroom and air conditioning. A refurb might improve things. The staff are all very friendly though.
