First and foremost the linens on one of the beds we're dirty(forgot to take pictures). I called the front desk to have them changed and housekeeping brought the clean linens and handed them to me at the door. They didn't even have the decency to change the linens for me. Microwave door was not closing properly, we had to slam it shut and the fridge was barely cold. The main reason my husband and i got a room was for us to have some quiet time away from the kids and so that i could get some work done(online courses) and I couldn't even do that because the internet service was sooooo bad. At least we got the rest we needed so badly, i guess!!!!

This is usually my hotel of choice while traveling. Always have friendly staff. The hotel property, inside and out are always in very good condition. Rooms are always very clean. Showers are a nice size, bigger than most other hotels. I love that check out time is later than most other hotels, it's nice to be able to sleep in and not have to rush to leave in the morning. The breakfast station offers a variety of dry and hot foods along with fruit, yogurts, coffee, teas and juices.

Room was clean. AC great. Bed was a little hard and no closet or luggage rack in room. Breakfast options were good. Coffee was great and check in was amazing. Very friendly staff.

服务很棒，早餐也很丰盛。
所以我要求住一楼，结果给了五楼顶！客服服务真好！如果一楼没空（他们告诉我的），为什么不试试二楼呢？但这样一来，房间就自动被安排在五楼顶了。
总之，他们需要把房间打扫得更干净些，看照片就知道了，微波炉很脏，遮光帘坏了，而且走线不对。
希望明天的住宿和早餐能更好，我一点也不指望！
目前唯一值得肯定的就是窗外的景色！
