The mattress in our room should have been replaced in the 1900’s!! It was sagging in the middle, felt like a mattress filled with hay, and made more noise than a kid on Christmas morning.
The staff was awesome, every person we came into contact with was smiling and helpful. The breakfast was good also.

Room air conditioner was not cooling according to set temperature but we were comfortable after realizing it.

During my stay, I placed the “Need New Towels” sign on our door before leaving the room. When we returned, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was hanging on the door instead. I am certain that I had put out the “Need New Towels” sign, and it was clear someone had been in our room because there were now several additional “Do Not Disturb” signs on the inside of the door—when we first checked in, there had only been one of each.
Despite someone having entered the room, nothing was done. No towels were provided, and the room had not been serviced. We had to go downstairs ourselves to request clean towels. From my understanding, housekeeping is supposed to be completed daily, so it was disappointing that this was not handled properly.

Great stay. Rooms are very nice and area is quiet. Wish they had coffee in the lobby 24/7 but only available at breakfast.

The room was clean and air was ice cold. The downside of the room was that for us the bed was way too hard like sleeping on the floor.

Clean spacious room with a nice balcony view. Friendly staff, but the free breakfast was so so, but that won’t stop me from going back. Very short walk to the Wharf which is a very nice food and shopping area that has a Ferris wheel and AMC movie complex.

The location was perfect and our room with balcony (room 422) was overlooking the marina, very convenient for taking a short cruise to watch the dolphins or a sailboat to see the sunset. Will definitely come to this hotel again.

The property, staff, parking and room conditions were excellent. The breakfast that was available was disappointing. I suggest you go fully continental, and announce/advertise it as such, so your guest wont be disappointed and they will know exactly what to expect. It is amazing how one thing can ruin the whole stay/morning.
