owner was welcoming and property appears to be under some renovation with painting supplies nearby. appeared to be new flooring in our room as well which was nice
breakfast was very solid and owner gave very good dinner recommendations. prices in Dillon for all properties are quite high > 175 per night for some unknown reason so a bit pricey for quality of motel but I would stay here again

Myself and 1 other person waiting at front desk for 15 minutes. No one here. Phone just rang. We can see it. It just changed from "you have 11 missed calls" to now saying "you have 12 missed calls". So i think no one has been here for a while.

Needs some attention
1. swinging door lock broken. 2. toilet leaking. 3. appears to be mold on the ceiling above the shower. 4. no soap in dispenser in shower. 5. Ice machine in lobby has rust running across the floor. Check in was smooth, room appeared to be clean, except the mold, breakfast was good, coffee was hot.

Property is definitely older, lots of flying bugs in the room, shower drained super slow, no soap to wash hands at the sink, fridge wasn’t cold, breakfast was not edible. It was so bad we threw it away. Beds were comfortable enough although son said his sheets felt dirty.

I arrived late and the lobby was closed. Room key was left out for me but when I got to the room there was no toilet paper or hand soap. Since no staff was around there wasn’t anyone to ask. I don’t expect fancy but I do think there are your basic necessities when renting a room.

Under renovation, trash in lobby, had to call from lobby at 6:30pm to have someone come to desk. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke in bathroom, nats in sink, no tissues, dirty bathroom (major dirt around toilet)

Last minute need of lodging for the family. Pricing was reasonable. Breakfast in the morning. Good accommodations. I am used to my bed at home so bed was alright. People were very nice.
