Clean, Friendly, Close to downtown
First time staying at this location and we really loved it. Hotel was updated and clean. Service was excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn’t get to visit the rooftop bar but heard from others it was great. Rooms were comfy, clean and had just enough space. Location was perfect and close to downtown. Hotel offered shuttle service to downtown as well.

We stay here every time we visit Asheville, can walk to everything and they do have a shuttle as well.

This hotel is 10/10. Our check in was smooth (we found out later it was actually the GM who checked us in), the hotel common areas and room are very clean (and I’m picky about cleanliness), we had a spacious corner room, and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary champagne at check in was a nice touch. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel left chocolate covered strawberries in our fridge! The on site hotel had a fun and delicious array of tiki-themed drinks and food; so good, in fact, that we chose to dine there for dinner instead of one of Asheville’s Miriam of other hotels. The hotel also offered complimentary transportation, provided by a very sweet and personable driver.

It was very well kept and it was an enjoyable stay. The upstairs bar was nice, but the food wasn’t great. Nice pool and fire pit, too!

Trip to Asheville to see friends and visit Biltmor
We had a great time and everyone was so nice and friendly. The Hotel was very convenient to where we wanted to visit. Very clean and great breakfast. We will stay here next time we visit Asheville.
