Television didn’t work have big bugs crowing around in my room was very disappointed. But since I checked out at 6am the following morning I just felt with it but was very disappointed again for my stay.

We were greet by a nice Employee named Soosmas...I probably miss spelled his name..he was very accommodating and proficient in his Duties...

Bed comfort okay. Room needs an update in certain areas; carpet, fridge/microwave location. Comforter had some spots on it.
Staff was excellent! Sandra, Soarma, Brittanie! They made the stay. On last day of stay, huge Roach and spiders were found in room. A huge thank you to Ramon- maintenance- he came in a killed them for me!

Love this place
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Holiday Inn. Very nice staff, comfortable beds, quiet, safe, and loved the exercise room. Would be nice if they had free breakfast like other hotels. Overall, excellent place to stay.

Good afternoon,
I would like a call back from upper management not the staff management. Advertisement it is misleading you will think it is the one off the Seawall. When you walk in it is a bad smell that is not right. When checking the staff was very unprofessional just did not care about your concerns. When I booked it said you could not get your money back! Beware! That means the property has issues. I payed descent amount of money and I regret it badly it was my anniversary and it felt like traumatic experience. When I got to the room there was a ring around the tub and hair in it. The bathroom was just horrible and a nightmare. The bed sheets were not changed and had stains all over them. No one even offer to call anyone at that point someone should have said money back or maybe there is a better room. The gentleman when we were checking out told us he had four complaints already about the rooms and they need to fire house keeping because there is too many complaints. ******* needs to take this Holiday Inn off their website. Just do not go unless it is your last choice. I went to Houston and I got a better room the same night!
