There is only 1 elevator for entire hotel. Elevator was out of order. We were on the 3rd floor. I am in a large knee brace on my left leg, staff did not care. I was miserable. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone with any type of disability.

Check in staff was great but the morning lady was another story . Coffee was cold and she had a bad attitude and this happened at 8:05 am . She acted like it was my fault that she wasn’t prepared for breakfast. When I say breakfast I just wanted a cup of hot coffee . If you don’t like people . You shouldn’t be in the service industry.

Parking was easy and secure. Did not use gym. Sandra was excellent! Very considerate employee and willing to please the guests to maw their stay fabulous!

my bathroom was not cleaned i had to go down stairs to get cleaner to clean my bathroom
the staff that checked me in billed me 2times for the room that i already paid for in *******
