The staff is not professional. The manager is cunning who tried to charge 100 pounds extra initially. The rooms were not as required at the time of booking. However, the rooms were clean and excellent condition.

The hostel is modern and appears recently refurbished. Room was small but comfortable, had everything we needed and was very clean. Breakfast is offsite but nearby. Our host Gregorio was very welcoming and had arranged the activities for the Arjona Experience well. He checked in with us occasionally to make sure we had arrived at our tours ok and that we had found places to eat. The Arjona Experience included a tour of the city, which unknown to us is of great historical importance. The olive oil tasting at The Tasted Room was fantastic. Everyone we met was very friendly, professional and clearly proud of their city. The hostel is a little gem and I am more than happy to recommend it.
