The hotel is modern, clean and has friendly staff however, 3 different times people were shouting down the hall while we were trying to sleep. Other than this were were extremely happy with this hotel.

Room was great! Staff not so kind. No sign at the pool or notice mentioning that snacks are not allowed !!The woman screamed at us like we were kids and made my boyfriend throw away his chips and followed him to the waste basket . We were not comfortable after that. The first receptionist that greeted us was very courteous not the second one. Will never stay there afain

Surprised, delighted, and WOW’d!
This was my family’s first time to Oklahoma and this hotel. Every inch of this hotel was white glove clean, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was a full buffet, the bed and pillows were more comfortable than my own at home, and it was far superior to the Marriotts and Westins I’ve stayed at!

I had a great stay. There was a problem that the room I was provided has a problem with the door lock but the staff quickly transfered me to another room and provided a complimentary breakfast for the trouble, which it wasn't a big deal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

前台的Paula女士简直是垃圾。她是个骗子，对待客人的态度恶劣得令人作呕。
