The property was great, the staff was friendly, rooms was clean and orderly. Excellent place to stay. Safe and quiet.

Surprised, delighted, and WOW’d!
This was my family’s first time to Oklahoma and this hotel. Every inch of this hotel was white glove clean, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was a full buffet, the bed and pillows were more comfortable than my own at home, and it was far superior to the Marriotts and Westins I’ve stayed at!

I had a great stay. There was a problem that the room I was provided has a problem with the door lock but the staff quickly transfered me to another room and provided a complimentary breakfast for the trouble, which it wasn't a big deal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Very friendly and helpfil desk agents. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Excellent coffee available 24 hours.

客房服务差
过去几年里，希尔顿一直是我们多次入住的首选。前台工作人员非常友好热情。这次入住，我在前台办理了入住手续，但没有立即去查看房间。漫长的一天过后，我们大约凌晨4点才回来，非常失望地发现房间没有打扫干净。房间入口地板、浴室地板都很脏。淋浴间的地板也很脏。第二张床的床单必须放在床尾。浴室水槽的塞子卡住了，热水放了大约3分钟，水温也只是微温。马桶上残留着干涸的尿液，我用湿巾擦了一下才勉强能用。我们决定先去亲戚家洗个澡再回家。我对这次入住期间的客房服务非常失望，或者说客房服务很差。
客服真的需要改进一下了
在线预订，每晚108美元。我们到酒店的时候，酒店里正在举行一个盛大的派对，音乐声震耳欲聋。现场根本没有工作人员。酒店门口有个牌子写着需要帮助请联系接线员。我打了两次电话，第一次我因为音乐太大听不见，也没人来帮忙。
退房后，我的卡被多次冻结，5天后冻结仍然没有解除。后来我发现，这家“宠物友好”的酒店除了每晚108美元的房费外，还要额外收取75美元。我打电话询问时，那位女士说我显然没看前台的牌子。需要说明的是，我在前台看到的唯一牌子上写着“抱歉，我们走了，如果您需要帮助，请在电话里按0”。不推荐。你们绝对不值每晚200美元。108美元的价格太高了。
前台的Paula女士简直是垃圾。她是个骗子，对待客人的态度恶劣得令人作呕。
