Check in was easy. A little hard to understand the person checking us in with their accent. Parking was easy. Pool could have been warmer. It was pretty cold.

The room carpet had holes and rolls in it causing a falling hazard for my elderly family. The toilet seat rocked when used. No hot water the first night.

Check in with Anna was easy and smooth. Room was also clean and acceptable. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the family.

Staff was not polite, rooms were incredibly dated and smelled like pee. Bathtub and shower curtain were disgusting. Did not feel safe leaving my car ourtside. Went home a day early to avoid another night here.

Wifi is horrible on 3rd floor, otherwise room was good,
Also no tickets Noah's ark. Like stated with purchase. Big deception. Paid more to get less. Felt like i was scammed. No offers giving after a 165.00 room w no Noah ark. All i got was a room and pool unfortunately.
Could gave went else where got more. Lesson learned.

We were there during off season so the outdoor pool was closed. The indoor pools were awesome. There’s 2 indoor area. One with 1 big pool and slides, 2 hot tubs, smaller waddling pool. The other pool area had water slides for younger kids/toddlers and a big hot tub. My kids aged 9 and 13 enjoyed both areas. The room was clean. The ac/fan was loud. Quiet for the most part but we could hear doors closing loudly. The room had this earthy/herbal smell, not sure if it’s the cleaning material or from the people before us. The beds were so and so. Not the comfiest but not the worst. The staff was kind. For the price, location, and pools, we’d definitely stay again.
