酒店服务不行停车收费携程说15元到店被告知16元结果信用卡显示收了20元。早餐很特别是去柜台点且没有菜单。
预订的时候很不礼貌,他们在我不同意的情况下改了我的预订。
环境很棒,房间不错
喜欢住在这里!希望他们能再加强一下清洁工作。我们之前住的第一个房间窗帘和百叶窗都裂开了,所以我们要求换一间新房间,虽然房间好一些,但墙上却有污渍,真可惜。热水浴缸和泳池区也需要清扫和拖地,但总的来说,这次体验非常棒!一定会再来的!
整体服务很差
沟通不畅,我花了三次才拿到早餐券才出来,餐厅服务人员态度很差。我们去吃了顿饭,几分钟后服务员就来找我们了。我们要求坐在外面,却被告知不能,需要等外面的服务员……服务员没有去告诉外面的服务员我们在等,所以我们等了大约10分钟,直到我们看到的服务员回来,服务员说“哦,还没人看到你吗?”,然后她去找外面的服务员……服务员说外面的桌子要等40多分钟,但里面的座位可以马上坐吗?这太不合理了,因为当时餐厅人不多,所以我们就离开了,去了附近的另一家餐厅。
我们直到下午5点半才入住酒店房间……房间“还没准备好”。在酒店等了45分钟,没有任何消息,我们去了前台,他们只是给了我们另一个房间。不知道为什么之前没有给我们安排房间,我们不得不主动要求。前台没有给予任何补偿,也没有给予任何尊重。我们穿着泳衣坐在大堂里,前台的人告诉我们他们无能为力。
在餐厅的经历非常相似。服务员很友善,但毫无帮助。饭后,她坐在空桌子上等了一个小时。
晚餐后,我去前台询问一笔不明的信用卡费用。前台给了我们一张我们支付的早餐券……入住时没有收到,甚至都不知道有这回事。我们离开得早,如果不是去前台问了别的事情,我们根本不知道。
总的来说,每晚 400 美元,我期望的和体验到的都比这家酒店好得多。
这家酒店价格太高了。虽然我预订时可以选择包含早餐,但什么都不包含,入住时却只付了停车费。而且,附近还有几个活动,停车场都满了,即使我们提前付了停车费,也没地方停车。我们被告知停车位是先到先得。我们不会再住这里了。
我入住当天收到一封邮件,告知我由于超额预订而被换到了其他房间。开车出发前不久我读了邮件。我被换到了隔壁的喜来登酒店。行程这么晚了,我别无选择。我家人都住在我预订的万怡酒店。我之前住的是喜来登酒店,也是他们通过电子邮件单方面通知我换到的。我之前住过喜来登酒店,说实话,我再也不想去那里了。食物质量很差,服务更差。我等了90分钟才吃到晚餐,而且完全没有按照要求做好。简而言之,如果我想住喜来登酒店,我早就订了。我想要的是万怡酒店。他们好像根本没通知我,就拒绝了我,因为我已经回复了好几次关于万怡酒店点评的请求。
我差不多一个月前就预订了这家酒店。入住时,他们告诉我预订今天才生效。我预订的那个地方没有空房,就把我安排到了20分钟车程外的另一个地方。我特意选择那个地方,是因为它离我要去的地方很近。我非常失望,因为我有朋友从外州来探望我。我再也不会通过*******预订了。
