The staff in the evening was extremely slow, and apparently didn't run the credit card. I was left a note under my door, and had to speak to the front desk the next morning. They had essentially cancelled my reservation! So much work and time to fix this.

Terrible service
I booked my stay on 8/4/25 and checked in on 8/11/25, it took over 45 minutes to get checked in, then I was apparently checked into another guests room and they were checked into mine. The front desk folks were not helpful and the lady that checked us out was making fun of the lady (who was new) about the checking in issue. Ridiculous.

Go-to hotel
We had a great stay, as usual! We were a few minutes early and they weren't sure if the room type we had requested was ready so the manager upgraded us to a suite. We have always had clean, quiet rooms and an enjoyable stay when we come to visit family. It's our go-to hotel!

I loved the front desk person with the Farrah Fawcet hairstyle - sorry, I can't remember your name. Even though it's near a highway, I slept great and couldn't hear the traffic. I loved how close it was to restaurants and gas stations. Room was great! I will definitely stay here again.
