Most of staff are very helpful and pleasant, an unfortunate check in that was brash to say the least starting offs badly but improved quickly .
Bar is cheap , food is good and varies by night. Very dated basic accommodation but price is good . Negative aspects , my pet hate is mould in the bathrooms so unnecessary easy to resolve .

The room was full of dust and cobwebs and daddy long legs along the roof..
The buffett hot breakfast bar was not clean. The front screen was not cleaned and a cobweb was actually hanging from the inside of the hotplate. As we were there for 2 days it was still there on the second morning.
The breakfast was ok I think it would be better to go back to ordering breakfast rarther than a buffet Not enough through flow of guests for example all the fried eggs on display were hard.

This has to be one of the dirtiest hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. Please take a look at the photographs. It was disgusting. The management should be ashamed. There was so many bugs dust It was an embarrassment. I will say this the staff are exceptional very polite ,the hotel itself was an embarrassment. I contacted the hotel but nobody responded.

We stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Aberdeenshire and it was very suitable for our purposes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy but the decor was a bit tired. Marks on the bed base and one of the blinds was broken. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was OK

Great place to stay
The room was excellent. Great size comfortable bed. The staff where so welcoming and friendly. Didnt eat with them in the evening. The breakfast was very good. Huge choice with cereal and fruit. Will definitely use again.

整体印象是这家酒店已经过了它的“保质期”。设施陈旧破败。地毯、窗帘和装修都需要现代化/更换。窗户/地毯等设施的清洁度以及酒店周边缺乏维护，都加剧了这种破败感。
我入住期间热水供应有问题。我报告了房间里没有热水，但在我四晚的住宿结束时，这个问题仍未解决。
服务评分为2分，并不是因为员工不友好，更多是因为整体服务水平很差，性价比不高。
