The hotel was being renovated and they almost done with it, before we left. They did a beautiful job in the main floor. My room was spacious and clean and had new furniture. And, the hotel was centrally located for my needs.

Terrible customer service. We were locked out of our room and it took multiple hours for them to get us another room and it was a smaller room. They refused to give us a refund for the room that we purchased, but didn't even stay in. They had to cut the lock off of the door just so we could get our things from the room we were locked out of. They didn't have maintenance on duty so it was hours before we could even get our things. We didn't get into another room until nearly 3am.

It was a great beautiful hotel, other than some noises maybe due to staying in the room near elevator.
I did request less noise zone room during booking but it was not granted.

Nice safe place. It would be better if they had cameras in the hallways on all the floors.

位置很好，住得也很舒服。三月份第一次入住的时候，和前台一位不太友好的工作人员沟通上有点问题，不过八月份再来就没遇到类似情况了。性价比不错的一家酒店。
电视没信号，但除此之外，其他一切都很棒。房间很干净，服务一流，这次住宿体验令人难忘。谢谢！
很喜欢酒店的位置，离我需要去的地方很近，周围各种餐厅也很多。

这家酒店简洁安静，地理位置优越，服务周到，员工热情友好，服务周到。唯一的缺点是早餐，与其他普通酒店相比，早餐种类少，品质较差。酒店非常干净，健身房是我在万豪酒店见过设施最齐全的健身房之一。
