Very nice property. Clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was reasonably priced. Only "complaint" would be to mention how vad the air smelled in the elevators. Beyond musty. Other than that, 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a safe area. But the inside truly needs to be renovated. There were unpleasurant smells in the hallway and my room. The smell was particularly strong in elevators.

The Breakfast and the Lunch that was served for the Omnex class was excellent every day. The staff was also very friendly and professional.

Nice property!! Friendly staff! All the room doors were scuffed up!!! Time for some repainting other than that very nice hotel great location.

Best customer service my only complain would be the bathrooms could use a renovation for sure otherwise great especially for the price.

Trip to Nashville - our 5th Stay at this Hotel
Beds were comfortable, pillows too soft, limited TV channels provided. Suprised that this location is starting to harge $10 a night for parking...we parked in the public street free spaces in front of the hotel...how can they charge for that?! Ridiculous! The rest of the parking is combined hotel, businesses and retail...how can they charge for those either!? Nothing but a money grab by Hilton! Other than the above, safe area, quiet at night, retail is conveniently close, but not right on top of the hotel...
