1. 入住时,那位女士问我是否需要吸烟房或无烟房,我说无烟房,她说你确定吗?因为你不能在房间里吸烟,我说是的,请给我一间无烟房。然后她又问了我三次是否确定,并说我不能在房间里吸烟。请注意,我不吸烟,身上也没有烟味,我也没有询问过我是否可以吸烟。她反复向我强调了四次我不能吸烟,并问我是否确定要一间无烟房,这很奇怪,我觉得她像是在歧视我,因为她没有理由觉得我会在房间里吸烟。
2. 我检查了床上用品,发现我掀开床单上的毯子后,床上有黄色污渍。我立即打电话给前台,问他们是否可以来换,因为床很脏。前台的男士问我几点入住,为什么现在才打电话。我告诉他,我在外面待了一整天,现在才安顿好房间,还把床单从床上扯下来。我注意到他试图暗示床单脏了是我的错,而不是客房服务?——一天后,同样的黄色污渍床单还在床上。毛巾上还有头发和布料缠绕在一起,还有污渍。糟糕的住宿体验还可以继续,但字数不够,写不完。不推荐。
入住很轻松,但我完全没有整理好。我打包行李的时候没准备好,所以搬到二楼的房间对我来说是一次旅行中必须经历的。皇宫酒店慷慨地帮我搬到了一楼。您一定会在这里住得很愉快。这里非常干净,交通便利,而且靠近汉布尔镇的许多景点。下次我再来休斯顿的时候还会住在这里。
酒店房间超级干净。前台工作人员非常友好。他们提供免费小吃和饮料。唯一不太满意的是,能听到高速公路(就在高速公路边)的交通噪音,还能听到一些飞机飞过的声音(虽然声音不是很大)。去机场很方便。下次还会住这里。
地理位置优越,适合在机场附近过夜。不过,附近有很多餐饮和购物场所(都在驾车距离内)。早餐是冷的,包含小吃吧。由于靠近高速公路,这里比较吵,但这并没有打扰到我们。工作人员非常友好,房间也很棒!

酒店很不错。房间很干净。它满足了我所有期待。大堂提供免费小吃。我发现床单上有一处难看的污渍,可能是上次清洁时没清除掉的。咖啡的质量很不尽如人意。
住一晚还可以,但住得不够久
我们在从伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-阿巴迪亚机场(IAH)起飞前住了一晚。到机场只需15-20分钟。就这点来说,还算可以,但不想住太久。酒店紧邻高速公路和辅路(?)。门下有个相当大的缝隙,而且整晚马路上的噪音都很大。房间本应是无烟房,但外面却弥漫着浓重的烟味。
房间卫生状况良好,床也还不错,但总体来说,房间非常破旧,浴室的门/锁坏了,边缘和油漆都磨损了。不过,淋浴间和卫生间最近翻新过。
工作人员乐于助人,态度友好,服务周到。房间外就有停车位。
休斯顿性价比最高的酒店!!!
这是我们最近住过的最好的酒店,价格也超值!!员工非常友好热情!一切都焕然一新,干净整洁。住了三天,没有任何抱怨。
干净、便捷、舒适。途经伊利诺伊大学后,在这里住了一晚,但最终感觉比我实际度假时预订的酒店房间还要好!
看起来服务周到。前台工作人员非常细心周到,乐于助人。汽车旅馆的环境对清洁度影响不大,但这家酒店还是不错的。
我特意预订了这家酒店,因为它还提供早餐(因为我要坐飞机)。我去问他们的时候,他们唯一的早餐就是咖啡。
