The clear, Roshon, was friendly checking us in. The room was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious!

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve been to, it just works. it’s super clean. The breakfast is amazing, the staff is amazing. Their room has everything you need for a business trip even leisure.

Staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The room was fine, the shower had broken tiles, the restroom had a weird smell when we arrived, and weirdly, the pool closes at 7 p.m. It was just okay, I probably wouldnt stay at another Tru hotel.

We were highly disappointed in our stay. The room had absolutely NO water pressure, the sink wouldn’t drain. There was no dresser, no closet, nowhere to fold and put your clothes. (They did have a pipe in the room to hang a few things). Cleaning crew didn’t show up until day 3. The 24 hr coffee was always empty when we tried to get coffee. Unfortunately we would never stay here again. The location was nice and convenient to get anywhere, was about the only good thing.

我为我和我男朋友预订了这家酒店，床很舒服。我们提前告知前台我们需要延迟退房。
提供台球设施
大堂干净整洁。房间淋浴间周围有明显的破损。无线网络无法连接。入住时提供两瓶水。每天下午提供新鲜饼干和饮料。早餐包括燕麦片和新鲜水果。健身房附近设有瓶装水补充站。室外游泳池的锁出现故障，并且标牌上标明的关闭时间相互矛盾（上午9点至晚上7点和上午9点至晚上10点）。不过，泳池和房间内都提供充足的毛巾！大堂还设有台球桌。总体而言，这是一次不错的酒店体验。
浴室里一直发出很大的噪音，就像发动机一直在运转一样。
我要求换房间时，接待员告诉我没有其他选择。他们不负责解决这个问题。
