Great staff, some of the furniture was dated and bulbs were missing from lamps but a good overnight stay for travellers.

Safety 🚫
If you are looking to feel safe with kids and family THIS is not a hotel for you. Back door key access entrance was broke, which it did have a sign; however, I was not notified of this prior. When I mean broken it was open to the public for all the truck stops and residence around to enter and enjoy all amenities. This was very uncomfortable, even met a man in the stairwell smoking and just hanging out as me and my kids where headed to the room for the night. Hall on 2nd floor smells like dog, which come to find out there was at least 10 dogs staying on this floor at the time. I love animals but if i dont have one with me please put me on a different floor.

Very quiet. Only exception was they have a lot of truck drivers that park all kids of ways at night when they get in and there’s a school so traffic is busy in the morning and the evening. Other than that I loved the stay.

Amazing staff! Very friendly! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied! Everyone needs to consider staying at Econo lodge or suburban!!!

After getting ready for bed i saw that there was someone else's hair in my bed sheets. That tells me that i was sleeping in used sheets. That is disgusting and disturbing. Also, as i walked into the room I could smell this horrible odor.

I paid for my hotel room for 2 days, after checking in my first night I got up to go to work the next morning having left my clothes in my hotel room. In the middle of my work shift I received a text message that I have been checked out of my hotel room. When I called the hotel to find out what was going on I was told housekeeping went into my room and determined that I did not have enough personal belongings in the hotel room to be deemed still checked in. The maid told the front desk that I had checked out therefore they closed off my room and automatically refunded it after night one. Not only was I told that no manager was on site to speak to but I was told nothing could be done and the lady that checked me out directly lied saying I came to the front desk when I very clearly got up and went out the side door to my work truck. Because they automatically refunded my funds I couldn't access my money for 3 to 5 days and ended up sleeping in my work truck last night at a truck stop. Not only that but my clothes are still missing. I have receipts and complete paperwork proving I had already paid in full for two nights the fact that they checked me out without me even being on the property physically is mind blowing. Parts of the counters in this room were damaged and the hotel had a dingy vibe to begin with but I was hoping to at least be able to get through the three days of work I had ahead. Do not stay at this econo Lodge they are operating in EXTREMELY SHADY ways!!!!

前台服务很好，地理位置也不错。但是，他们应该在入住时提供一个刷子，这样就可以清理淋浴间里所有的头发。另外，在整理床铺之前，最好先把床上的用过的牙线清理掉。我不会再来了。
