Long hair in the shower thst did belong to us. The coffe machine was not working. We had less then a half of roll of tissue on both rolls. The set of first sheets was dingy. The service going forth was excellent

Such a comfortable and well maintained hotel. I have dietary restrictions, so very helpful to have both refrigerator and microwave. (Had I not, I would have tried the breakfast).

Convenient to attrations in the area. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Free coffee in the lobby every morning was a plus. There were so many restaurants in the area, we didn’t mind that there wasn’t a breakfast included with the price of the room. Would stay here again.

Have stayed here multiple times and enjoyed it every time. Very new Hotel, easy on and off the Interstate to destinations in Milwaukee. A lot of food options in the area and of course a Mall next door.

my room was described as a suite in *******. It was a handicap room. The shower lost pressure mid shower. No information in the room about near by restaurants, things to do etc. I paid extra for a "suite" and was extremely disappointed that it was a handicap room. This hotel was nothing special

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk people were very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness was amazing. The room was gorgeous and everything we needed. The only thing I didn’t like was there was not a breakfast included like other Hiltons I’ve been to. The breakfast buffet was OK. The food was cold and I thought it was overpriced.
