Paid extra for a Superior Room, well if that was Superior then I wouldn’t want to see the others. Carpet was badly stained. The view out of the window was terrible. Spoke to receptionist who said that it was an old hotel so it is what it is. For £198 for one night it was vastly overpriced.

Bed was really uncomfortable, there wasn’t any hot water for a shower in the morning. The hotel staff were not very helpful when we reported the problem.

Probably slightly let down by the imminent transition to new owners (due 7-DEC-25) although staff remain friendly and approachable.

酒店房间服务都令人满意,就是沙发床没法睡!
员工很棒,地理位置也很好,但管理起来就像《住在笨蛋城堡里》一样混乱,感觉Manuel随时都会出现。可惜了,因为它的位置非常理想,但布局很混乱,没有电梯,疲惫或喝醉的时候很难找路🥴
房间热得受不了,而且不提供风扇。床很软,睡起来不舒服。双人房只给了一条浴巾。要再要一条浴巾送到房间,结果给了三条擦手巾🤷🏼♀️
员工很棒,非常乐于助人且友好。地理位置也绝佳,周围环境很好。
因为酒店系统出了问题,我实际上没能入住。酒店方面试图帮我们预订了另外三个日期,但都没有成功。他们拒绝就此事退款。除了遗憾没能入住之外,也没什么好说的了。
