Place was very nice the staff was amazingly helpful the only complaint/ issue I had was if ever came back I would make sure and ask for a room that is not over the dumpsters in the alley way as the trash trucks coming in the morning are VERY noisy.

Cancelled my reservations 1 hour before we were to arrive. Leaving us scrambling to find a new place to stay. We traveled from Indiana to Texas and got a text on the airplane of the situation. They overbooked and we suffered. Had our reservations for 7 weeks. So much stress to start a vacation.

Loved the pool and within walking distance to several attractions. It was also nice to have a kitchen.

Never stayed here
I booked this room and the day of check in the shuttled me off to another hotel. Where is was stuck in a 1 room hotel room with no kitchen, tiny beds, 1 bathroom. So ya not happy.

Liked the Condo feel, able to cook in the room,
Balcony didn't face the water/city
Parking Valet only, or find a lot yourself,
Luckily walking distance to everything, only got car to leave on our 3 day 2 nite stay

We loved our stay at club Wyndham. This is a timeshare style hotel, we are lucky and found it on ******* for three nights. I loved how the rooms had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a bedroom. It's hard to find that in San Antonio. I am already trying to book my next stay. It seems hard to get more than two or three days unless you're part of the timeshare program with Wyndham. I would love to get six to seven nights in October. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The valets guys were very good, they had my car ready whenever I needed it, very friendly and hard working guys.

Do not waste your money
Worse experience ever at a hotel. Made the reservation paid the money. Had several texts over the next week about our trip and if we had any requests. Day we check in at 3:54 we get an email our reservation was CANCELED!!!!!!!!!!!! GAVE US 3 OPTIONS. NEVER RETURNED THE EMAIL SAYONG WHERE WE WERE TO GO. We went to the property and sure enough it was canceled and they couldnt help us. Gave us a number stayed on hold for at least an hour altogether disconnected twice. Manger said he couldnt help. Finally after losing our cool they got through to the 800 number. Sent us to another hotel by the time we drove the 3 blocks that hotel couldnt take us. And they gave us another hotel to go to. Finally got a room 3 hours later on the first floor with a homless man sleeping outsode our window and a shower that flooded the entire bathroom. For almost 700.00 3 nights. ZERO STARS
