The room we were first given had a very prominent, undesirable odor, so we requested a different room. Although the manager said the odor was simply the cleaning smell, she did give us a different room, which did not have the same smell and which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, that second room had a poorly operating heater. It did not keep an even temperature, and we were either hot or cold throughout our stay. We did not report the heater problem to the manager because by that time, after traveling through snow for the prior 8 hours, we were exhausted.

Checking in was seamless and staff was great.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Stayed here multiple times in the past few months and will be doing so moving forward.

Staff were sweet, room were clean, tv was super small, no bed pillows just three small couch pillows, amenities okay, breakfast okay as well. Overall no noise, good parking, good hotel for a quick one night stay.

The desk attendant was very friendly, she made us feel 'at home'. The room was clean, the TV was great and the breakfast was very good. Would stay here again for sure.

My main complaint has to do with breakfast. The served the identical menu ...sausage and gravy over biscuits, two days in a row. I didn't mind that it was a continental breakfast and not a buffet. However, I was expecting the menu to change somewhat each day.

Nice economy hotel, felt very clean and efficiently set up room. That was comfortable lighting could’ve been better and would have appreciated leaving more than one coffee packet in the room. Good value for the money.

Overall a great stay but the building is new and therefore very loud. That combined with a wedding whose guests were odten screaming and pounding on doors at all hours was irritating. Would stay again.

The lighting in the room was the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. As you walk in, there's a light switch on the wall to the right, but it doesn't turn anything on. So I had to stumble around with the light from the bathroom until I found the light between the 2 beds. But that was blinding. Dreadful!!!

Parking area can be safer. It’s not bad and I’m not sure of security cameras around the building. The room was great, clean and had everything I needed.
