Exceptional Hotel, hidden gem!
The staff, from check in, breakfast staff, cleaning staff were by far the kindest people and caring! It was one of the most amazing experiences this hotel is a must! 5 stars!

A nicer HIE. No issues. A little chsllenging to pull out onto a 55mph busy highway but otherwise nicely placed between Buffalo and Lockport.

预订了两间房,前台给了两间连通房,连锁品牌酒店房间整洁 卫生没问题,设施齐,早餐也还行。离尼亚加拉半小时车程,性价比较高的酒店。
虽然离尼亚加拉大瀑布距离有点远,大约需要40分钟车程,这个宾馆的性价比很高,房间宽敞干净,早晨的早餐中规中矩,前台服务也很友好!
酒店价格合理,房间也很干净,工作人员服务周到。但对我来说床有点太软了,第二天开始我的腰就有点不舒服。如果淋浴头是手持式的而不是固定式的会更好,希望水压也能再大一点。
第2次住这个酒店了,早餐很丰富,环境也很干净,有洗衣机,下次还会来住这里
第一晚住得还不错。第二晚我们发现淋浴间壁挂的洗漱用品泵压瓶已经很久没有补充了,沐浴露瓶是空的。房间里也没有提供肥皂。
当我在地板上做运动时,一块小碎玻璃扎进了我的手掌。很明显,客房服务打扫得不彻底。当我到前台去正式投诉时,发现当晚值班的两位前台员工是新来的,几乎没有受过什么培训。他们根本不知道如何为客人提供遗失的洗衣袋,也不知道在沐浴露用完时如何为客人提供补充。
