Staff seemed burned out on customers. My room at check in was pretty nasty on the couch (dried crusty food n huge stains between n under couch cushions). Mattress covers are worn out n discolored n not the kind that protect the mattress n guests from other peoples body stuff . Looked like what my grandma would have for 30 years. Staff clusters n talks at front desk n it feels uncomfortable to have to interrupt to ask anything like when the times are for the wine served at night , where ice is, if i can switch towels out… after the room reclean it was fine i just didnt feel welcome or liked . I travel 230 -240 days a year - ive not ever left a review commenting on unwelcoming staff- it needs to be said . Three stand n talk at counter to eachother though . Lobby was very clean . Gym was good.

No housekeeping during my entire three-night stay. I was out of the room nearly the whole day, every day. Inexcusable. They also charged me $15 for self-parking. I Ubered there and back.

I came to Iowa City for a music show downtown at the Englert. It was so convenient to stay at a nice hotel right there with everything so walkable! I would definitely come again!

酒店很漂亮,位置也不错,但前台经常无人值守,街上的任何人都可以拿走东西出售。而且,我和家人出去散步的时候,我们的房间空着,等我们回到房间时,我的钱包被翻了,被偷了60到80美元。我打电话给经理,她说会核实记录,但之后就再也没有回电给我了。我去买东西的时候,前台那位小伙子睡着了。他还在我住的楼层四处走动,前台无人值守,经理说他不应该这样。千万不要相信那里的一些员工。

酒店的停车位很难找到,我们最终把车停在了其他地方。他们还把我们安排在了三楼,我们可以看到空调和一堵墙的美景,除此之外什么也没有。我们从来没有去过爱荷华州,我们期待着至少能从窗户看到一些东西,但什么也没有,那个房间可能没有窗户。
我不会再来这家酒店了。
工作人员很棒,需要帮忙找停车场,工作人员带我们去了停车场的确切位置,进门后工作人员非常友好,并乐于助人,提供晚餐建议和活动。肯定会再次入住,房间也很好
