It’s definitely the best room I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve traveled by car thousands of miles staying mostly at Comfort or La Quinta but they can’t touch the quality of this room. I only have one complaint. I asked for an ADA accessible room which would have a walking shower with grab bars. I got a regular room and no grab bars and no anti slip surfaces in the shower. I almost busted it when I stepped in the shower. Not good. Not happy. But I do like the room

We arrived at 9pm hoping to get a drink before going to bed, but the bar closed early. On the bright side, check-in was fast and easily done online.
The staff was nice and courteous in the evening and in the morning, which is always a plus.
The only need for improvement would be fixing the shower door that didn’t close all the way and the dishwasher with a couple of dishes was not emptied. These are not things worth giving a lower score because I’m sure they can be fixed.

Breakfast service needs improvement
The only issue was with breakfast. They don’t keep it stocked. You have to constantly look for someone to tell them they are out of something and tell them more than once. (They were always in the back chatting with the front desk personnel.) They don’t empty the trash. It was overflowing and nowhere to put your plates. They cater to the oilfield 6-7am workers and forget about their other guests. Their other guests are paying guests out of their own pockets and not out of company funds. They also need to be taken care of. They need to remember that.

A great end to a long day
I arrived late. Did not have a reservation.
Looked it over. Booked online. Slept like a baby in a super comfortable bed. The next morning I was greeted and made aware of breakfast. I even got some tips for the rest of my trip from a kind lady at the front desk. Interacted with 3 employees eager to help in any way they could.

The hotel staff is the best. Even if the rest of the hotel was not great. I would go back. I appreciate the friendly, honest staff. The hotel was comfy and clean. Breakfast area was great and again, the staff went above and beyond. This hotel was a recommendation from family who stayed there two years ago. It did not disappoint! HUGE shout out to Joann at the front desk and the cleaning staff. I left something and i sent them a label to ship. No issue,.

Like being home
I love staying at this hotel every time we travel to Mexico. It is luxury looking, super comfortable, clean and it has all the requirements that we need. Such as a kitchen, dining table, sofa, a safe. Indeed is like being home
