Very friendly staff. I was greeted with popcorn, warm cookies and chilled bottled water. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was well stocked. My room stayed cool. My only complaint was the water temperature would only go above warm. If you like a hot shower you won’t have one there. The breakfast was very good and fresh. There was a good variety of hot choices as well as the famous hotel yogurt.

My stay was really a pleasant one. The two young ladies checked me in on Thursday was awesome.The both of them made it so easy. I didn't get the young lady name, it was around between 1:00 to 3:00pm can't remember the exact time, on Friday a Caucasian young lady was placing cookies in the tray, didn't have the most pleasant attitude toward me, asked a question her response very nice nasty. The young lady taken care of my check out was so kind, made it so easy,she was awesome. Thank you...

I have stayed here twice and will again. However, The hotel does need some attention to the carpets and tile by elevators on second floor.
The room was clean and what I have come to expect with Home2, yet the bed in the room was awful. It had a huge suken place in it and needs to be upgraded.
Staff is friendly, except for night guy. He doesn't offer much in the way of help unles you ask. Doesn't seem to enjoy his job much.
I stay at Home2 by Hilton in many states. Most are great to excellent.
The location I would give a 5.
The day staff a 5. Night guy a 3.
Bed a 1.
Room a 4.
Carpets in the hotels halls a 1.
Places to eat close a 5.

Perfection except for thin walls.
Nice place. One thing to note is the walls are much thinner than other Home2 locations I've stayed at. Noise was a little much at times.

My wife and I recently stayed at your property for the first time, reserving two suites for our stay from Feb 21 – Feb 23. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations, and we were left thoroughly disappointed by the condition of the hotel and the level of service provided.
As frequent travelers, we are accustomed to staying in a variety of motels and hotels, and while we understand that issues can arise, we expect a certain standard for the price we paid for our suites. Below are the specific issues we encountered during our stay:
1. Inadequate Number of Carts:
There were not enough carts available for guest use, resulting in my 66-year-old husband having to use a desk chair to transport heavy items (2 suitcases, 3 tote bags, and an ice chest) from the car to our room. This was both unsafe and inconvenient.
2. Window Shade Motor Issue:
The window shade motor in our room was faulty and would not lower. This led to maintenance having to enter our room with a ladder, remove the shade cover, and manually lower the shade to a fixed position for privacy. Unfortunately, this did not allow us the option to adjust the shade during the day. The motor covering was left in the corner of the room, creating an unsightly and unfinished appearance.
3. Broken Privacy Divider Door:
The spring on the privacy (divider) door was broken, causing the door to be positioned too far inside. We requested this be fixed, and maintenance

I loved EVERYTHING about our stay! The service was great, everyone was very nice. The room, lobby and outdoor living was clean and updated with a resort feel. The breakfast was WAY MORE than I ever expected. We'll be back and for sure we'll tell our family and friends.
