Love the cleanliness of the entire room, my only complaint is there are never turkey or chicken substitutes for us that don’t eat pork. Other than that I enjoyed my stay at this location

We love this hotel, I’ve stayed here multiple times. This stay, there was a young lady checking us in who was just such a nice and comforting person. We really appreciated her kindness. I didn’t catch her name, but she was back from Lincoln from college to work. I could see why they held her job for her. She was great

Lovely, well decorated, comfortable and clean room. Friendly, courteous and attentive staff.
I didn’t care for the air-freshener scented duvet cover, but the staff offered to exchange it immediately. Didn’t detract from a five-star experience.

I always love the breakfast at Hampton Inn and the staff are always really good. The only problem I had was I kept hearing very heavy footed people upstairs appeared to just be walking constantly in the morning so it was easy to hear that and there was a wash rag left in the shower curtain at the top. The only other thing I had an issue with is that the the complementary items were a little low like I couldn’t get any lotion out of the bottle to use it. Otherwise, the property was great. The bed is comfortable and everything else is clean.

It was okay overall, but some staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience and weren’t very accommodating. Despite being a newer hotel, signs of wear made it seem older than expected.

The beds are hard and pillows way too soft . The room , the air is dry and stuffy .

Could not watch TV as there were cable issues. Changed rooms with same problem in 2nd room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the problem needs to be addressed for future.
