This is the only place i will be staying whenever I go to Timmins. Staff are really nice. Property is so clean, including the pool area. Love it!

We need a room for an important medical appointment./emergency. Booked a regular room with king bed (all was available) small fridge, small desk - the norm. No tub- just a shower. Where charged nearly 3X the amount of a regular room. Was clean, colour scheme was gray and boring. Walls had chips and was only one large towel for shower and a bathmat. where awakened several times by very loud traffic INSANE... for the price. We where shocked at the price. We will never stay there again. Ever!! Price shown on the website and booked through ******* was not the price charged when I pushed book room button- and then couldn't change it. Hotel shrugged it off and said 3rd party - to bad for you - NEVER AGAIN - we were sure it was a mistake.- nope.

First let me start with your reservation and rate, you have booked through a 3rd party, the hotel as nothing to do with the booking or the payment when you book online where the 3rd party collects. If you had noticed an error in rate then you should have contacted ******* immediately to correct the error. The hotel cannot be held responsible for online bookings, we don't charge you they do. All our rooms with King beds have showers only, our rooms with 2 beds as bath tubs and showers, with all online bookings there are descriptions as to what is in each room. I am sorry if this was overlooked. Please next time if you noticed that there was only 1 towel, please call the front desk we will be more than happy to deliver to your room any request during our stay with us.Thank you again for your feedback

Breakfast was also over and above
If I have one complaint it was a bit noisy with the traffic on the road next time I will probably ask for a room on the other side

First time staying here. Room was nice, clean, and well appointed, including plush bathrobes. Nice to have an omelette for breakfast. Will definitely be back here when staying in Timmins.

Beautiful hotel, close to the airport, shopping, Hospital, with comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were warm and welcoming. I will definitely stay there again. Best hotel in Timmins!

Best Hotel in Timmins
Very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the heavy equipment loader clearing snow at 1:00 am at a nearby building. It disrupted my sleep and couldn’t sleep for a long time. Apparently the city noise bylaw does not apply. First time this has ever happened so I would still stay there in the future.
