The room was clean and comfortable and cleaned daily. The shower products provided were of low quality. (Take your own) Wide choice of good food at breakfast but the same every day. Evening meal had to be ordered the night before and what you received sometimes wasn't what you ordered - aubergine replaced by courgette, Garda perch replaced by breaded plaice. Well cooked meals and the pasta starters were very good. The lounge area was comfortable but really a wide corridor to the dining room and lift. Graded as a 4 star but compared with other 4 star hotels in Italy it was nowhere near the grade.

Good place to stay
Central location. Rooms are comfortable and spacious for Europe standards. Breakfast Buffett is really good. Can not take bikes to the room

This is a really convenient hotel, close to the bus station (5min if that), water front (5 min) & main town (4 min). Staff were really friendly and willing to help. Rooms were a good size & size bathrooms. We had a balcony facing the road and was really quiet. Breakfast, really good variety for all tastes. It does have a sister pool you can use, but with the lake being so close we didn’t use. I’m very surprised there’s not more reviews on this hotel as it’s so good ( it can be hard to track down on Tripadvisor for some reason).

Nice hotel & conveniently placed
Hotel staff were friendly, location is great (near the bus station and the water front -5 min walk).
We had breakfast included which had a nice variety of foods.
Air con, nice size bathroom and bedroom, we faced the front of the hotel.

A bit basic, but with a great location
The hotel's location is great in the center of Garda with walking distance to both beaches and the port where there are nice restaurants.
The hotel itself is a bit worn, but nothing bothersome. The breakfast was very basic with quite boring bread (looked like factory-made frozen buns).
Staff was friendly and helpful. The free parking is at another hotel about 5 minutes' walk from Hotel Centrale.

Great little central hotel, friendly staff.
Lovely 2 night stay, reasonably priced, really good breakfast included and a clean, tidy, nice sized room. The only downside was the balcony on our front of hotel room was very small.
Reception and kitchen were very helpful when we needed to book a taxi to the airport for flight home. Also allowed us into breakfast for coffee and croissant/yoghurt/cereal 15 mins early due to our early taxi pick up.
Great central location, just as the name suggests! 😄
Would happily stay again.

房间非常漂亮，即使从外面看不太像。房间一尘不染，带阳台，而且位置便利，方便前往市中心。早餐不错，但不是很丰盛。工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。唯一不足的是：我们要求一张双人床，但他们给了我们两张单人床，可惜是隔开的，有点不舒服，但总比没有好。酒店还包含停车位，还有游泳池，虽然距离不是很近，但总是很方便。很棒的体验。
湖边酒店的一个很好的选择，特别是由于包含停车场 - 大约 200 米 - 和安静。在出口右侧，您会立即找到带您前往加尔达市中心的行人地下通道。工作人员热情好客，乐于助人。房间很宽敞，有阳台，而且隔音（至少根据我们的经验）。标准但完整的早餐（甜/咸）。
