The hotel is under new management so transition takes time but the welcome from the staff is second to none, they have teething problems, not serious. The good outweighs the bad, not to be judged but read, location is second to none, as are staff and management, nothing too much trouble, special thanks to Nil, Plus Çiğdem, the funniest most helpful receptionist. This so called hotel is an absolute disgrace. We were dumped here by Easyjet after they cancelled our flight mid afternoon on 15th October 2022. The rooms are disgusting, the bathroom was full of mould and rust in the shower, toilet flush broken constantly running water, wash basin had several cracks. The mattress was extremely hard and very lumpy. In room fridge was unplugged and closed, it was rusty and mouldy inside. There was no safety deposit and no hairdryer. Swimming pool was stagnating. There were no facilities such as bar or restaurant on site. It had clearly been closed up until we arrived. It was certainly not habitable. We were taken to a sister hotel for a buffet dinner and the following morning for breakfast. The best that can be said for this place is that we only had to suffer one night in this dump.

I have to be honest I wouldn’t even let my dogs stay here, after a 5 star holiday we got put here by EasyJet after a flight cancellation . Awful, basic, dirty, itchy bed clothes, power cuts, disgusting dirty room and bathroom- got there at 3.30am no offer of water or anything . In the morning after an hours sleep got shipped off down the road to a sister hotel for breakfast all disgusting sorry! Avoid like the plague 😩 this was 4th Sept 2022!

This is a dump easyJet flight got cancelled so got dumped here thank goodness it was only for a few hours, taken to different hotel for breakfast, fawlty towers is an understatement, bathroom mouldy air con was going on and off on its own, wouldn’t put anyone in those hotel

Easyjet dumped us here at 4am when our flight was delayed overnight. Ensuite unusable, dripping water above toilet, cracked sink, holes in ceiling. More mozzie bites in this hotel than in resort! only plus air con worked.

Easyjet dropped us off at this hotel at 4am when our flight was cancelled and I can honestly say it’s the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. It is not only dated but in a dreadful state of repair! I will never trust easyjet again and warn all passengers to be wary.
经过漫长的一天后，我们的航班在凌晨 4 点被取消，没有任何联系。但这没关系，因为我们被转移到一家酒店……这比旅馆还糟糕！没有任何解释，只是一间非常肮脏的房间，还有一间肮脏肮脏的浴室，没有灯。水槽和镜子坏了。空调坏了。泳池太脏了，你会在里面洗衣服！我不敢相信有人会自愿预订这个！太糟糕了我们不会使用浴室。没有餐厅（我想这是一件好事？！！）其他乘客做了他们的研究，拒绝下车并要求另一家酒店，这是正确的做法！我只能说，坚持自己的立场，不要这样做！！！！
这不是一家酒店，这是 Easyjet 取消航班时乘客的垃圾场。自新冠疫情爆发以来，它就没有开放过。泳池很脏，两年没有打扫过。房间适合老鼠和蟑螂出没。这不是一家可以预订或考虑入住的酒店。即使被困，也要寻找其他地方。
