千万别在这里预订。如果你是国际旅客,他们会撒谎说没有你的预订,让你半夜被困在用信用卡担保的房间里。我晚上9点半左右从阿萨巴国际机场抵达这家酒店,入住几周前在美国最佳西方酒店官网预订并担保的客房,当时有确认号码。前台工作人员说他们没有我的预订,而且房间已经订满了。我要求和经理通话,前台的年轻女士打电话给站在前台那位穿着鲜艳衣服的男士。他不停地重复说,他们的房间已经订满了,我的预订没有“进入”他们的系统。我不确定他是不是经理。我敢肯定,我在这家最佳西方酒店遇到的所有员工都很差劲,根本不关心我的安全,也不尊重之前的预订。我已经联系了贝斯特韦斯特全球酒店集团 (Best Western Global),因为我不想再有不知情的旅客遭遇同样的命运:半夜被困,预订了有保证的房间,却无处安睡。他们既没有帮我找其他酒店,也没有理会我被困住,是出租车送我的。我选择一家比这家更诚信、客户服务更好的酒店。顺便说一句,我还预订了阿布贾的霍桑套房酒店 (Hawthorne Suites) 和拉各斯的希尔顿传奇万豪酒店 (Hilton Legend and Marriott),完全没有问题——每家酒店都顺利入住——他们都轻松地调出了我现有的预订信息,帮我办理了入住。千万别住这家。这是前台工作人员和“经理”的照片,他们声称即使有确认号码也找不到我的预订信息。我打电话给贝斯特韦斯特全球酒店集团,果然我的预订信息被保证了。

Came back here after a year back which coincided with the 10th anniversary event of the hotel. Once the topmost hotel in town few years ago, it has lost that badge to a couple of newer outfits. Extensive renovations are ongoing all over. There was water leakage from the WHB in the bathroom onto the floor. This hotel still remains good even though tariff/charges have gone up and buffet meal offerings have diminished.

Overall an average hotel that can do with detail to attention on furniture also ensuring that toliets and bathrooms are not leaking.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel ( Best Western Plus Elomaz) in Asaba from 26th to 29th May 2024. The first room they gave me was not clean, so I complained and they assigned me to another room which even though I slept there was substandard. So I went to speak to the Front Office Manager (Mr Uche Ezeh) who was very professional, and acted promptly to rectify the problems. Mr Ezeh, inspected the second room that was assigned to me and agreed that it was substandard, as he noted that the faucet (tap) was coming off hinge, the toilet was incessantly running water, some part of the wall was covered in some dark colour and there was paint on the carpet. Mr Ezeh apologised and was able to get me a suitable room which was clean and up to Elomaz's standard. I was impressed by Mr Ezeh's professionalism, and proactiveness in resolving the issues. At the end of my stay, I was a happy customer. Thanks to Mr Ezeh.

'Came back here after over six years, and obviously there were a lot of changes. Whilst the rates have more than doubled with some facility upgrade, the hotel remains amongst the top 4 in the city, despite the sprouting of several newer hotels all around Asaba. It still remains comfortable but certain refurbishment done were not appealing. Why those very black toilet bowls and shallow wash hand basins? (see photos) The buffet meals are fare though offerings/choices have decreased.

Hotel needs continual improvement and constant retraining of staff to uphold the quality of service at all times. Service quality seem to be going down and response to requests or complaints seem to be very slow. When I was at the restaurant , an I wanted fried egg, it took 10 minutes before a chef could come to make this for me. When I observed that the AC in my room was not cooling all through the night and I requested for a technician to check this out, non came until I was forced t check my self out of the hotel. There is absolutely need for improvement. Although occupancy seem to be full always, this should be an excuse for poor service qua;ity

My stay was awesome. Staff members are friendly. Good internet. Rooms are spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
这个酒店开业很久,设备比较老旧,国内三星标准可能,但对于这附近其他来讲好在安全,还有楼下也有当地小酒吧的感觉,吃饭会课都可以,国内卡用不了,带够现金!酒店没有其他服务,餐厅吃的也少!
