We didn’t even stay. The first room was disgusting, the floors were sticky, smelled like smoke and it looked like someone crushed a cigarette in the sheets. The front desk attendant told me it hadn’t been cleaned. We were given another room, and as i pulled the blanket up and moved the pillow there was a massive stain. We immediately grabbed our things and left.

Wonderful location near shopping. Very reasonable pet fee. Room is spartan and HVAC units are dated but it did the job. Comfy bed.

The receptionist was attentive and helpful. The room was not ready for us. The bed was not made the floor was not swept. When we told the receptionist that we were not staying there, he promptly processed a refund for our money no questions asked.

This place is kept impeccable. The staff is friendly I left quality inn in Chester to come here I didn’t care that I lost money. Cleanliness matters to me and so does the service. Their rooms are far beyond expectations.

We booked this room solely because we needed the freezer for ice packs. I’m not a super picky person after traveling into 3rd world countries, but the cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired. The area under the shower doors was just plain gross. There was a layer of dust on a lot of flat surfaces. The walls are thin and when a group of people were up at 4:45 they woke us up repeatedly with just walking around and knocking on doors. The people checking us in were nice but I don’t think I would ever stay here again.

Good rooms, clean beds. Only complaint was breakfast was never mentioned despite saying there was one and when i went and looked there was only yogurt and hard-boiled eggs. Maybe I missed something?
