On the evening of your arrival, we were able to provide you with a room for the night, and we moved you into your preferred room booking type first thing the following morning.We genuinely regret that you felt our staff was unhelpful. Our team, including the management on hand, was working diligently to find a solution for your family at that late hour. We understand the stress of traveling with young children, and it was never our intention to add to it. While we understand your frustration, we ask for respectful communication with our team members who are dedicated to assisting all our guests.Housekeeping and CleanlinessI apologize that you observed trash in the hallway. This is certainly not the standard of cleanliness we uphold. Please be assured that the trash outside of the other guest's room was removed less than 12 hours later. We do not have a houseperson on staff 24/7, so our night auditor removed the garbage as soon as they were able to do so. We are always looking for ways to improve our efficiency in maintaining cleanliness, especially during off-peak hours.Your feedback is invaluable, and we are taking your comments seriously as we continuously work to improve our guest experience.
