We liked the accessibility and how quiet everything was. We didn't like that we paid for a room with a single king bed, but they gave us a double bed. But everything else was fine.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you are in the area. The staff were some of the nicest I've had the pleasure of speaking with. The breakfast was wonderful everyday. Would highly recommend.

Liked the convenience to our friends and breakfast. Had difficulty with the TV remote and asked front desk, but she said had to wait for maintenance. Suggest providing simple instructions for the location or in the room.

I was greeted by very friendly and professional staff at check-in, which made for a great first impression. The room itself appeared clean and well-kept at first glance. However, during the night, a very unpleasant smell started coming from the AC unit. It was a strong mix of **** and something similar to a dirty public bathroom. The odor got worse as the night went on and made it hard to sleep or relax, even though the room looked clean otherwise. It’s unfortunate because the staff was excellent and the room seemed fine visually, but the smell completely affected my comfort. I hope management investigates and resolves this issue for future guests.

What set this place apart, though, was the exceptional staff. Every single team member I encountered greeted me warmly with a cheerful “Good morning” or a genuine offer to help. The level of hospitality was beyond accommodating; they made me feel seen, valued, and completely taken care of. The breakfast each morning was another highlight, served hot, fresh, and delicious; it was the perfect start to each day. I can confidently say this hotel exceeded every expectation and delivered a five-star experience in every way.
