服务很好，位置也还可以，离地铁站、便利店、JR线都不远，晚上也比较安静，每四天会为你清理一次房间，不需要单独要求
离二条城很近，附近还有锦市场。房间不大，但设施齐全，一个人绰绰有余。卫生和服务也都还不错，但是没有早餐。
环境/设施：干净卫生，有坐浴，每天疲惫后放入浴剂泡半小时太舒服了。其次噪音很小，隔音不错。房间也宽敞舒适，干净整洁，入住体验很舒适。配套设施也很齐全有洗衣房可以洗旅行间堆积的脏衣服😌
服务：首先日英双语流利，沟通很顺畅🥰
其次前台服务也特别贴心仔细。这里特别感谢8月9日这一天接待的前台👩💼 🧑💼，帮我找回了护照并特别体贴地帮我寄到了本人之后所在的酒店，同时用邮件告知了我之后的处理流程。在整个找回的过程中非常耐心细致有条理，对我帮助很大🥹是特别好的酒店，非常推荐👍👍👍
酒店离地铁站很近，房间安静的，房间在日本来说算比较宽敞的了，就是酒店装修年数有点老马桶冲水声太大了。
特别干净卫生，前台也好，房间虽小五脏俱全，离地铁站也很近，周边很安静，主要是真的很便宜，性价比特别高！

和两位朋友在这里住了四个晚上。房间很小，里面有两张单人床，旁边还加了一张床。房间里有张小桌子和两把椅子，这样一来，放了三张床的房间就没剩下多少空间了，无论是去房门、浴室，还是想打开行李箱都很不方便。房间的窗户打不开，所以很难通风。浴室也很小，没有窗户。除了床单和洗漱用品，房间里还有迷你冰箱、吹风机、热水壶和一台大电视。衣柜是个小小的步入式衣帽间，里面有衣架。工作人员非常友善热情，英语也说得很好。
我们在京都的最后一晚，因为同一条街上的另一家M's酒店没有空房，所以只在这里住了一晚。和另一家酒店一样，我们在这里的体验也非常好。酒店位于京都一个安静宜人的区域，就在三条购物街旁边，那里有很多便利店和餐饮选择。公交车站也只需步行5分钟。我们抵达时，友善的工作人员就在那里，我们提前到达时可以把行李寄存在前台，退房时也可以。我们的房间一尘不染，整洁干净，是无烟房，有暖气、热水、冰箱和电热水壶，还提供了毛巾和洗漱用品。床垫和枕头都很舒适，而且晚上非常安静，所以我们睡得很好。毫无疑问，将来我们还会选择住在这里。
这是我在日本住过最差的酒店。房间里没有无线网络——询问后只得到一句回复：“二楼用不了。”窗户打不开，而且漏风。床非常硬，只有日本电视，房间里也没有瓶装水。优点是房间相对比较大，地理位置也还行。我不会再预订这家酒店了。
总的来说，在京都住得挺好！位置比较中心，街道安静，走走很舒服，床也挺舒适的。有点基础，房间不大，但短住的话完全没问题。工作人员不太主动，也不是特别乐于助人，不过行李寄存很方便，一切都很顺利。我们住得很愉快，值得推荐！
三个人的房间带上行李会有点小。但对于在京都游玩一天后，晚上睡个好觉来说，也足够了。床很舒服。不过要注意，洗衣机有点异味，而且烘干效果不太好。除此之外，总体来说还是非常不错且合适的。
